Pensions are topped up by the taxman.  Currently for every £1.00 you pay into your pension the taxman adds 25p!  For example, if you pay in £100 per month the taxman puts in £25 per month = £125.00 into your pension.  If you are a higher rate or additional rate tax payer the taxman contributes even more!


Remember – making the right pension choices can make the difference between retiring early and enjoying your retirement free from worries or having to work into your 70’s to make ends meet.
